Job summary

Chadwick Nott is recruiting for a Construction Associate in Bristol, offering a hybrid working arrangement and exposure to major development projects. You will work closely with an experienced partner, handling JCT/NEC contracts and advising on project documentation.

We are seeking 3+ years' PQE in non-contentious construction, with excellent communication and a proven ability to build lasting client relationships in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' PQE with strong non-contentious construction experience.
• Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness.
• Ability to build lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating JCT and NEC contracts, alongside bespoke construction documentation
• Advising on consultant appointments, collateral warranties, and project security documents
• Supporting real estate transactions and collaborating with wider legal teams
• Assisting with construction-related dispute matters where required
