London and Quadrant Housing Trust is seeking a Complex Case Management Officer (Repairs and Maintenance) to see complex cases through from referral to resolution. You will coordinate residents, internal teams, contractors and partners to turn long-standing issues into practical solutions.

Hybrid working 20–40% from reporting offices in London Stratford or Manchester Trafford, with a base salary of £38,500–£44,000 per year (London weighted) or £33,700–£39,200 regionally, depending on experience.

Formación

• Experience managing complex resident, repairs, housing or escalation cases.
• Strong understanding of repairs escalation, vulnerability and risk management.
• Excellent communication to manage expectations in sensitive or high-risk situations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage complex, high-risk resident cases from referral to closure.
• Coordinate action across internal teams, contractors, authorities and stakeholders.
• Prepare clear case summaries and resident-facing communications.
• Maintain accurate records, monitor deadlines and escalated risks.
• Identify lessons learned and service-improvement opportunities.
