Mining Remediation Authority is seeking a temporary Community Support Account Manager to guide residents through distress during a major incident. You will be the consistent point of contact, assess needs, maintain contact, coordinate follow-up and translate updates into practical information.

The role requires empathy, resilience and clear communication, with a focus on safeguarding and escalation where needed. Hybrid working arrangement in Mansfield with approx.

Formación

• Experience providing ongoing, direct support to people through significant disruption or personal hardship.
