Eventus Legal seeks a Commercial Property Paralegal to join a Stoke-on-Trent law firm. This full-time, permanent role offers hybrid working, 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, life insurance, a pension plan and EAP.

You will support a commercial property team on leasehold and freehold matters while developing your legal knowledge and delivering high client service. You will gain structured training and development opportunities, contributing to efficient case progression and professional

Responsabilités

• Assist with varied commercial property matters including leasehold and freehold transactions under supervision.
• Support fee earners with transaction administration, document preparation and completion processes.
• Maintain accurate file records and keep case management systems up to date.
• Communicate professionally with clients, colleagues and third parties.
• Assist with drafting legal documents and respond to straightforward enquiries.
• Support client relationships and contribute to a responsive service.
• Assist with business development and marketing activity where appropriate.
• Support billing and financial control through accurate administrative support.
