Job summary

Attwaters Solicitors LLP seeks a paralegal to join the busy Commercial Property team in Hertford. The role involves client liaison, document handling, and supporting transactions from opening to completion.

You will engage with clients, agents and solicitors, while upholding the firm’s standards and procedures. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to excellent client service, work well in a team, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Direct communication with clients with updates and to provide and obtain information.
• Telephone conversations with clients, agents, solicitors, lenders and third parties.
• Carry out client work and administrative tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of documentation and information.
• Promote the firm’s services and ethos, including social media efforts.
• Support the Commercial Property team with file openings,Land Registry/Companies House documents, and preparation of deeds.
