Job summary

Eventus Legal is seeking an experienced Property Paralegal to join its property team in Crosby. The role supports senior lawyers in residential conveyancing and commercial property matters within a busy, friendly team and offers hybrid working after probation, together with a competitive benefits package.

You will assist with file setup, client onboarding, progress transactions, manage calendars, and keep clients informed while liaising with agents, lenders and other parties.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months' experience as a Property Paralegal.
• Experience assisting residential conveyancing transactions.
• Familiarity with case management systems and conveyancing portals.
• Good communication and numerical accuracy under pressure.
• Experience with commercial conveyancing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support senior property lawyers in residential and commercial conveyancing.
• Set up files, onboard clients and progress transactions to completion.
• Manage diaries, dates and tasks on property files.
• Keep clients informed and respond professionally to enquiries.
• Liaise with estate agents, lenders and third parties.
• Use case management systems and portals to progress matters.
• Provide day-to-day assistance to property lawyers across offices.
