Job summary

Chadwick Nott is recruiting for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a leading Hertfordshire practice. This role offers a hybrid working pattern and a broad remit across commercial disputes for businesses, directors and shareholders.

You will handle contract and shareholder disputes, insolvency litigation and draft court documents, with progression from instruction through to settlement or trial, under supervision.

• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deal with contract disputes and director/shareholder disputes under supervision.
• Assist in insolvency litigation and draft court documents.
• Prepare trial bundles, witness statements and settlement agreements.
• Support team on high-value disputes and progress matters from instruction to settlement or trial.
