Sky UK Limited is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition recruiter to own end-to-end recruitment across Marketing, Commercial and Sky’s Creative Agency. You’ll manage requisitions from briefing through to offer, while collaborating with outsourcing partners and driving continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes stakeholder partnership, pace, and delivering results as part of a collaborative team. Hybrid work with a base in Osterley, Greater London, UK.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end recruitment in-house or agency.
• Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence and build trust.
• Hands-on sourcing to engage passive candidates and build talent pools.
• Experience partnering with outsourced sourcing teams and improving pipelines.
• Solid understanding of fair, inclusive hiring and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to shape recruitment strategies and manage expectations.
• Own end-to-end process from briefing to offer and hire.
• Collaborate with outsourced sourcing partners with clear briefs.
• Screen and assess candidates, ensuring fair, inclusive decisions.
• Ensure strong candidate experience with timely feedback.
