Qualificações

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 4+ years' PQE.
• Experience handling a broad range of commercial contract matters.
• Proven expertise in data protection law and GDPR compliance.
• Experience drafting and negotiating IT and technology contracts.
• Commercially minded with the ability to provide practical, solutions-focused advice.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly.
• Experience of procurement and contract management would be advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts.
• Advising clients on data protection and GDPR compliance matters.
• Drafting and negotiating IT and technology agreements.
• Supporting clients on commercial contract management issues.
• Advising on procurement-related matters.
• Assisting partners and senior lawyers on complex commercial transactions.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
