Job summary

Darwin Recruitment is seeking a CMDB Applications Developer & Reporting Specialist to design the CMDB and automate data collection in a hybrid Stevenage-based role. You will deliver dashboards with KPI/SLA reporting to support governance and service quality across a multi-supplier environment.

The role requires 3+ years of development experience, strong SQL, data modelling, REST API integration, and familiarity with Power BI/Looker Studio or Google Workspace tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' application development experience.
• Strong SQL and database design.
• REST API integration experience.
• Data modelling expertise.
• Reporting and dashboard development.
• KPI design and analytics.
• Exposure to Google Workspace tooling or equivalents (Power BI, Looker Studio).
• Familiarity with Remedy CMDB or ServiceNow CMDB advantageous.
• Working knowledge of ITIL / CM / Discovery tools / Data governance.
• Python or JavaScript and ETL/data integration experience is a plus.
