Job summary

You will build CMDB capabilities, automate data collection, create executive dashboards and deliver insights that improve service quality, governance and operational efficiency across IT services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in application development.
• Strong database design and SQL expertise.
• Experience integrating systems through REST APIs.
• Data modelling and data integration experience.
• Dashboard, reporting, and KPI development expertise.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
