Job summary

Techtronic Industries (TTI) is seeking a Security & Network Engineer to architect and operationalise a secure, compliant network and infrastructure backbone across hybrid cloud and on-premises environments.

You will own the design and governance of network security policies, cloud connectivity, and incident response, collaborating with security, cloud, and application teams to enable a secure, high-velocity operation.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in network engineering, infrastructure architecture, or systems engineering roles.
• Proven hands-on with enterprise network security including firewall architectures and threat detection.
• Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles and embedding security into CI/CD and IaC.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of secure network infrastructure across on-premises data centres and hybrid cloud environments.
• Define network resilience, failover, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Develop and maintain network security policies, baseline configurations, and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2).
• Mentor engineers to embed security thinking into every decision.
