Job summary

Arden Resourcing is seeking a Technical Consultant to deliver secure, reliable technical solutions for customers across Microsoft, cloud, infrastructure and networking environments. The role combines solution design, implementation, consultancy and technical support.

Hybrid working with 2/3 days per week in Welwyn Garden City. Salary up to 70k. You will engage with senior stakeholders, produce technical documentation and support pre-sales activities.

Qualifications

• Eligible for SC clearance.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Azure and Windows Server.
• Networking experience with Juniper, Cisco or HPE technologies.
• Previous consultancy experience including solution design and customer engagement.
• Hands-on technical support experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver technical solutions based on customer requirements.
• Work directly with senior stakeholders to understand technical and business needs.
• Provide hands-on technical support remotely and onsite when required.
• Produce detailed technical documentation including RFPs, RFIs, SoWs, HLDs and LLDs.
• Support pre-sales activity, helping shape solutions and customer proposals.
• Contribute to the improvement and maintenance of internal IT environments.
