MTC Care is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist in Lancaster to provide on-site clinical facilitation and remote administrative duties. The role may require up to 5 days on-site or a mix of remote and on-site work, varying week to week based on priorities.

Responsibilities include assisting patients with education for behavioral health visits, supporting telehealth, and coordinating data from EMR/EHR systems while maintaining HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum High School Diploma required.
• 1+ year in a healthcare setting preferred, but not required
• Medical Assistant or CNA certification a plus

Aufgaben

• Assisting patients by offering education related to their behavioral health visits, whether the treating clinician is conducting the visit in person or via telehealth
• Providing technical support and assistance for telehealth visits to include room and equipment preparation
• Supporting clinicians by accessing vitals and other relevant data from the facility's EMR
• Procurement of patient referral documents as needed
• Acting as a liaison between the clinicians and the facility staff
• Interacting with staff and/or family members as necessary
• Maintaining responsibility for proper handling and cleaning of MTC Care equipment
• Completing assigned number of BHI cases within the required timeline by gathering necessary information from patient medical records and entering it into the company's BHI system/software
