Job summary

Panthera Biopartners is seeking a Site Readiness Coordinator for our Head Office in Fulwood. This hybrid role supports study start-up activities across Panthera’s clinical trials, maintaining documentation, trackers and training records while escalating delays and ensuring timely site activation.

You will work with the Site Readiness Lead and Specialists to gather evidence, coordinate meetings and maintain files in a regulated environment, with emphasis on confidentiality and patient-centric

Qualifications

• Experience in administration or coordination within clinical research, healthcare or another regulated environment.
• Familiarity with study documentation or training records is desirable.
• Basic awareness of ICH-GCP and clinical trial processes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, format and collate Panthera study start-up documents using approved templates and info from the Site Readiness Lead or Specialist.
• Maintain site readiness checklists, action logs and trackers with accurate updates.
• Request and collate readiness updates and supporting evidence from sites and internal teams.
• Follow up on outstanding documents and escalate delays or gaps to ensure timely activation.
• Maintain organised study folders and document version control for accessible materials.
• Support preparation and distribution of study operational pathways and materials after review.
• Coordinate readiness meetings, walkthroughs and training sessions with scheduling and materials.
• Collate information on facilities, equipment, labs, pharmacies and supporting services.
