Job summary

Impact Futures Group’s Tend Training is seeking a Clinical Development Coach to deliver and facilitate teaching, training, coaching and mentoring apprentices up to Level 5. The role is hybrid, with travel to learners around your area, ideally based in London or the South East.

You’ll join a leading national training provider at a busy time of growth, working in a supportive environment focused on people and culture. Expect regular team catch-ups and social events.

Qualifications

• Must hold or be willing to complete Assessor Award CAVA or TAQA Level 3, or equivalent.
• Must hold or be willing to complete Teaching Qualification, PTLLS or equivalent.
• Clinical experience within the Health Care sector.
• Recognised Level 3 or above in Adult Health and Social Care.
• Maths and English GCSEs at grade C or above.

Responsibilities

• Lead a caseload of learners and support them to achieve their apprenticeship or qualification, including Diploma up to Gateway and End Point Assessment.
• Regularly assess work and provide constructive feedback including SPAG and update Aptem.
• Identify and support learners with additional learning needs using Cognassist.
• Support learners requiring Functional Skills maths and/or English at Level 1 or 2.
• Ensure safeguarding, PREVENT, British Values, Health, Safety and Wellbeing and equality, diversity and inclusion are promoted and monitored.
