Job summary

Capita HAAS in Birmingham offers clinic-based or hybrid roles for experienced clinicians. You will conduct assessments for PIP and WCA, write evidence-based reports, and support DWP decisions while enjoying a structured, flexible work pattern.

The role requires HCPC/NMC registration with a valid PIN, strong communication, and the ability to work to targets. Hybrid working, training, and benefits are provided to support your development.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to produce clear, accurate and detailed reports.
• Comfortable working quickly to meet structured targets.
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and system learning while working remotely.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial reviews face-to-face, via video or telephone assessments to evaluate how health conditions affect benefits like WCA and PIP.
• Analyse and interpret clinical information and supporting evidence.
• Write detailed evidence-based reports to support DWP decisions.
• Use IT systems to support clinical decision-making and report writing.
• Develop clinical knowledge and keep updated on health conditions.
