Qualifications

• Manage own caseload of clinical negligence claims from inception through settlement or trial.
• Progress claims proactively through the litigation process.
• Handle complex and high-value clinical negligence matters.
• Draft letters of claim, witness statements, and instructions to experts.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients, medical experts, counsel and other relevant parties.
• Assist with settlement negotiations and prepare matters for trial.
