G2 Legal Limited in Leeds seeks an experienced Clinical Negligence Litigation Executive to join its established team. You will manage your own caseload from inception to settlement or trial, handling complex and high-value claims across all stages.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload of clinical negligence claims from inception through to settlement or trial
• Progress claims through the litigation process
• Handle complex and high-value clinical negligence matters
• Draft letters of claim, witness statements, instructions to experts and other documentation
• Liaise with clients, medical experts, counsel and other parties
• Assist with settlement negotiations and trial readiness
