Qualifications

Equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
Responsibilities
Respond to incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and web portal.
Monitor, analyze, and communicate client updates and resolutions promptly.
Draft and distribute client notifications regarding system downtime or service disruptions.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.
Represent the Client Support team during Major Incident Management calls.
