Job summary

Vanguard’s Client Research Centre seeks an analytical professional to convert complex research into client-focused thought leadership. You’ll generate insights on investing, financial planning and advice business management for European clients.

As part of a small team, you’ll be the analytical heart, turning data into compelling client presentations and staying current with regulatory and market developments in the UK and Europe.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar analytical role in asset management or financial services, with client-facing experience preferred.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Ideal candidates will be CFA charterholder or pursuing it.

Responsibilities

• Conducts research and analysis on investing, financial planning and practice management topics to generate relevant insights for clients.
• Converts research and analysis findings into client-facing material, including PowerPoint presentations, articles, white papers, and short interactive formats.
• Presents research findings and recommendations to clients and participates in internal trainings and communications.
• Maintains awareness of Vanguard's thought leadership and its applicability to European Intermediary clients.
• Develops and maintains internal stakeholder relationships across the organization.
• Keeps abreast of investment industry knowledge, compliance, regulatory and departmental policies.
