Job summary

Advania-UK is seeking a Client Manager to grow and retain a portfolio of SME clients in Milton Keynes. You’ll build strong relationships, understand client needs, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.

The role offers hybrid working with a salary between £30,000 and £35,000, plus a commission scheme (OTE up to £80,000). You’ll engage in regular service reviews and drive renewals and upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing SME client portfolios with a consultative approach to build long-term relationships.
• Proven ability in client retention, renewals, and cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
• Skilled in leading service reviews and following through with internal teams.
• Understanding of revenue, gross profit and account profitability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the Advania portfolio and sales processes.
• Manage an assigned client portfolio and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders.
• Review accounts and update plans with objectives, risks and opportunities.
• Conduct service reviews and document actions with owners and timescales.
• Address client inquiries by coordinating with Service Delivery and other teams.
• Maintain accurate client records and opportunities in the CRM system.
• Track progress on revenue, gross profit, retention and account growth.
