Job summary

Goodlord in Lincoln city centre offers a hybrid role, 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. You will drive resolutions between landlords, guarantors, agents and tenants, and support the insurance claims process from submission through to completion.

You will also manage repayment arrangements and respond to inquiries from stakeholders. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication and organisation, this role suits you.

Qualifications

• Experience in process-driven, administrative environments with customer service excellence.
• Excellent communication, able to build rapport quickly over phone and writing.
• Strong organisational skills, able to prioritise and manage a caseload.
• Positive, proactive attitude in fast-paced environments.
• Proficient IT skills; familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft products.

Responsibilities

• Communicate resolutions between landlords, guarantors, letting agents and tenants.
• Support insurance aspects of the claims process from submission to conclusion.
• Oversee repayment arrangements following a resolution.
• Respond to inbound queries from internal and external stakeholders.
