Job summary

The AA in Tunbridge Wells is seeking a Customer Service Claims Advisor to support customers at a stressful moment, gathering information, assessing liability and guiding them through next steps with empathy and good judgment.

This is a hybrid, full-time role with 37.5 hours per week, starting date and interviews in September; salary is £24,890 per year with up to 10% annual bonus, and 23 days' annual leave plus bank holidays and employee benefits.
