Job summary

Damart is seeking a Business Analyst to uncover opportunities, map processes, and drive meaningful change across the business. You’ll partner with stakeholders, gather requirements, and help deliver system improvements with a focus on customer and employee experience.

This fixed-term role (up to 12 months) offers a hybrid pattern with work from the Bingley headquarters Tue–Thu and flexibility to work remotely other days.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering business analysis activities across projects or change initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and processes.
• Confidence facilitating workshops, meetings and discussions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working on business change, transformation or system implementation projects.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile or similar would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders across the business to understand challenges, identify opportunities and define solutions.
• Gather, analyse and document business requirements, ensuring business needs are translated into clear deliverables.
• Review and improve business processes to drive efficiency, customer experience and operational performance.
• Map and analyse customer and colleague journeys to identify pain points, opportunities and improvement initiatives
• Support the deliver of business change projects from concept through to implementation.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings and discussions to help drive decision-making and engagement.
• Produce high-quality project documentation, process maps, business cases and reporting.
• Coordinate and support testing activities to ensure solutions are fit for purpose.
• Monitor project progress, risks and dependencies, helping to keep initiatives on track.
• Act as a trusted advisor and champion for continuous improvement and change management across the organisation.
