Responsibilities

• Complete routine, date driven activities, including processing beneficiary and third-party payments and performing bank reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records across internal systems.
• Respond to queries from colleagues, partners, clients and third-party organisations via telephone and other communication channels.
• Provide general support to the team and contribute to ad-hoc projects as required.
