Motorway is hiring for a role in our Sales Completion team at the heart of the business. You will guide car sellers and negotiate with dealers to secure the best possible prices, ensuring a smooth, post-auction experience.

You’ll work with targets in a fast-paced, collaborative setting, with an opportunity to grow and develop as you help shape the future of our platform from our Brighton-area office.

• Experience in helping customers and building rapport.
• Proven ability to hit targets in fast-paced settings.
• Comfort negotiating via phone and email.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team.
• Background in customer-facing roles with KPIs.

• Be the trusted expert for car sellers, delivering a seamless post-auction experience.
• Lead negotiations between sellers and dealers to secure fair deals.
• Collaborate with the team to hit targets, boost conversions, and maintain quality.
• Coordinate with Account Management to align sellers and dealers.
