Our client, a leading UK law firm, is hiring a Business Development Executive to join a collaborative BD and marketing team. The role involves creating pitches, developing campaigns and supporting events to win new work and strengthen client relationships.

The position offers hybrid working, with salary in the £37,000–£39,000 p.a. range depending on experience, plus benefits and a dynamic, people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Development Executive or in BD/Marketing roles within a professional services firm, ideally legal.
• Ability to create pitches, proposals and presentations to win new clients.
• Experience with market research, campaigns, events and CRM management.

Responsibilities

• Create pitches, proposals and presentations to win new clients.
• Develop marketing collateral, website content and thought leadership material.
• Identify trends and opportunities through market research.
• Assist in planning and delivering events and marketing campaigns.
• Produce reporting and analyse data to improve activity performance.
• Manage the CRM, pitch library and BD resources.
