Qualifications

• Experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Operations or a similar role.
• Strong process mapping and requirements gathering skills.
• Confidence working with stakeholders at different levels of a business.
• Curious and asks questions to get to root causes.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear requirements and communicate them clearly.
• Interest in how technology can improve the way people work.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders across the business to understand processes, workflows and pain points.
• Run workshops, interviews and discovery sessions to map day-to-day operations.
• Map current and future-state processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements for the technology team.
• Collaborate with developers as internal tools and solutions are designed and built.
• Support testing, implementation and adoption of new technology.
• Help create scalable ways of working as Buchanan grows.
