The permanent role is based in London with a flexible hybrid model (3 days onsite). UK travel is expected, and security clearance eligibility is required for client work.

• Experience eliciting and documenting business and technical requirements for technology solutions.
• Strong ability to translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse, and document business and technical requirements to support delivery of technology solutions.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications, ensuring alignment between business and technology teams.
• Analyse current state processes, systems, and data flows to inform target state designs.
• Translate requirements into clear user stories, functional specs, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement to gather requirements and drive decisions.
• Ensure requirements traceability, support testing activities, and act as interface between business and technology.
