Qualifications

• 3-4 years' experience as a Building Surveyor, with preference for chartered status.
• Strong understanding of construction legislation and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently or in a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee refurbishment & maintenance projects up to £1 million.
• Produce design and technical drawings and manage project contracts.
• Conduct site surveys and present findings to stakeholders.
