Workman LLP in the UK seeks an MRICS Building Surveyor to join our Building Consultancy team. The role covers contract and project work, plus professional services in areas like TDD, dilapidations and fire safety, with regular contact to fund managers, landlords and tenants.

You will manage client relationships, lead multiple instructions, and deliver timely, proactive advice while supporting junior colleagues and driving ESG initiatives.

Qualificações

• MRICS chartered surveyor status is required.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with clients, landlords and tenants.
• Ability to manage multiple building surveying instructions and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain close client relationships with landlords, tenants and colleagues.
• Manage multiple building surveying instructions for key clients.
• Provide regular client updates and align with the client brief.
• Lead or support ESG initiatives and sustainable methods.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to their development.
