Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as Building Surveyor, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
• Chartered RICS Membership.
• Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills.
• Proactive, commercially minded with a passion for the built environment.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver building surveying services across diverse projects.
• Build and maintain client relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Prepare and submit tender submissions with strategic insight.
• Collaborate with Partners on project planning, reporting and fee updates.
• Drive team profitability and cross-disciplinary referrals.
