Job summary

Sovereign Network Group is seeking a proactive Coordinator to join our Building Safety and Compliance team in the UK. The role offers hybrid working across Newbury, Basingstoke or Blandford offices, with a mix of home and office days to support work-life balance and timely delivery.

You will coordinate administrative tasks, support subject matter experts, manage procurement and data systems, and ensure high standards of customer service while meeting deadlines and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience meeting deadlines and targets in a complex environment.
• Proven ability to work with others in dynamic settings.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience delivering excellent customer service in complex deliveries.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Experience with databases and MS Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Provide robust coordination and admin support to Building Safety and Compliance.
• Escalate concerns promptly to the team for resolution and follow-up.
• Manage Cherwell system queries and information requests.
• Process electronic purchase orders, requisitions and payments per regulations.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve working practices.
