Job summary

Purosearch Ltd. is seeking an experienced Building Physics Consultant at Senior or Consultant level in Leeds. Hybrid work arrangement: 3 days in the office. Salary £45,000+ DOE, with flexibility for the right level of seniority.

You will work across a varied portfolio, delivering building physics expertise from concept through to completion, engaging with clients, and contributing to project delivery and pipeline growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Building Physics consultancy environment.
• Strong client-facing experience and communication with clients and project teams.
• Experience with IES and/or OneClick.
• Experience with Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) would be an advantage.
• NDEA Level 5 qualification desirable; OCDEA qualification beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Deliver building physics assessments and consultancy across a range of sectors.
• Work directly with clients and build strong professional relationships.
• Manage your own projects and contribute to wider project delivery.
• Use industry-standard modelling and assessment tools.
• Support a growing pipeline of new and exciting projects.
