Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its Leeds team. The role offers hybrid working, a £50,000 - £65,000 salary, car allowance, bonus, and benefits.

You will manage construction and property projects through full life cycles, coordinating design teams, managing NEC contracts, and delivering projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a Building Surveying or Project Management degree, proven experience in refurbishment or infrastructure

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Building Surveying, Project Management or a related discipline.
• Experience delivering refurbishment, capital works or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of NEC3 and NEC4 contracts.
• MRICS/MAPM or working towards a professional qualification would be beneficial.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading the delivery of construction and property projects from inception to completion.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Administering and managing NEC contracts throughout project delivery.
• Coordinating multidisciplinary design and project teams.
• Managing project programmes, budgets and risks.
• Monitoring contractor performance and project progress.
• Undertaking site inspections and attending project meetings.
• Preparing project reports and providing regular client updates.
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Supporting business development activities and maintaining strong client relationships.
