Ansvar, proudly part of Benefact Group, is looking for a Broker Development Executive to join our Brighton office. You will develop and strengthen relationships with a panel of brokers, working with Key Account Managers to support broker accounts and deliver growth with exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the insurance market and broker landscape.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing stakeholders in a commercial setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of broker relationships to deliver growth.
• Drive new business opportunities through prospecting and broker engagement.
• Identify and refer high-quality opportunities to the sales team.
• Deliver a professional customer-focused sales experience.
• Own renewal activity for broker panels and drive retention.
• Support Key Account Managers with larger broker accounts.
• Understand broker businesses and promote Benefact Group solutions.
• Collaborate with underwriting and support teams for profitable outcomes.
