Qualifications

• Market knowledge and industry awareness is essential.
• Proficient IT skills and software literacy.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience managing stakeholders in a commercial setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of broker relationships to drive profitable growth.
• Proactively prospect and manage pipelines with brokers to generate opportunities.
• Identify and refer high-quality opportunities to the sales team for growth.
• Deliver a professional, customer-focused sales experience with brokers.
