Job summary

Clear Engineering Recruitment is seeking a Technical Compliance Manager in Essex with hybrid working arrangements. The role pays £60,000 - £80,000 plus a company car or car allowance, private healthcare, pension and extensive leave. You will own compliance across BMS projects, audit technical outputs and ensure alignment with industry standards.

You will review documentation, develop standards, support engineering teams and drive quality improvements across projects and service operations.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in BMS, controls or building services.
• Knowledge of BMS design, commissioning and service processes.
• Experience with technical compliance, QA or engineering standards.
• Excellent documentation and analytical abilities.
• Ability to communicate technical requirements to engineers and management.
• Familiarity with relevant BMS/HVAC standards and regulations.
