Job summary

VirtueTech Recruitment Group partners with a leading facilities and engineering services provider to recruit an experienced BMS Project Manager for their London team. Based in London with hybrid working, this role offers up to £80,000 plus benefits and the opportunity to deliver high-profile BMS and building controls projects across London.

You’ll take ownership of projects from planning and design through to installation, commissioning and handover, managing programmes, budgets, subcontractors

Qualifications

• Experience delivering BMS, controls or building services projects.
• Strong understanding of BMS, HVAC controls and building services environments.
• Experience managing projects from design through handover.
• Strong project planning, coordination and organisational skills.
• Experience managing budgets, programmes, subcontractors and project resources.
• Understanding of BMS platforms; Metasys experience advantageous.
• APM/PRINCE2 or equivalent preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end delivery of BMS and building controls projects from inception to handover.
• Developing project programmes, plans and schedules with milestones.
• Managing budgets, costs, resources and commercial performance.
• Coordinating BMS engineers, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Working with clients to confirm requirements and ensure delivery to specification.
• Overseeing installation, upgrades, commissioning and handover activities.
• Managing risks, issues, variations and changes throughout the project.
• Reviewing technical documentation and project deliverables.
