VirtueTech Recruitment Group is partnering with a leading facilities and engineering services provider to recruit an experienced BMS Project Manager for their Manchester team. Based in Manchester with hybrid working, the role offers up to £70,000 plus benefits and the chance to deliver high-profile BMS and building controls projects across the region.

You’ll lead projects from planning to handover, manage budgets and subcontractors, coordinate with clients and engineers, and ensure delivery on

Formación

• Experience delivering BMS/building services projects in PM/Engineer roles.
• Strong understanding of BMS/HVAC controls and building services environments.
• Experience from design/procurement to installation and handover.
• Excellent planning, coordination and organizational skills.
• Experience managing budgets, programmes and subcontractors.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of BMS/building controls projects from inception to handover.
• Develop programmes, plans and schedules with milestones.
• Manage project budgets, resources and commercial performance.
• Coordinate BMS engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clients and engineers to meet requirements and specs.
• Oversee installation, upgrades, integration and commissioning.
• Manage risks, issues, variations and changes throughout the lifecycle.
• Review technical docs, drawings and specs.
• Ensure work aligns with health & safety standards.
