Job summary

Network - Career Consultants is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead strategic BIM development and implementation across a London-based practice with Gulf/India travel. You will work with senior leadership to ensure top-quality project delivery and drive digital design and information management transformation.

The role focuses on Revit expertise, BIM standards, and conducting staff training while building best practices across templates, workflows and quality control.

Qualifications

• Experience in a BIM management or senior BIM coordination role.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and ACC.
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards, workflows and information management processes.
• Experience managing large-scale federated Revit models.
• Familiarity with ISO 19650 Parts 1 and 2.
• Understanding COBie and Uniclass 2015.

Responsibilities

• Lead the practice-wide BIM strategy and implementation.
• Act as the primary BIM expert, providing guidance and technical support to project teams.
• Deliver BIM and Revit training to staff at all levels.
• Develop and maintain BIM standards, templates, procedures and quality control processes.
• Support project teams with BIM execution planning and project-specific delivery strategies.
• Manage and develop Revit workflows, family libraries, and associated digital tools.
• Coordinate information exchange with clients, consultants and external stakeholders.
• Monitor industry developments and promote innovation across the practice.
