Job summary

Building Careers UK Ltd is seeking an experienced Digital Construction Manager to lead BIM and information management standards for multiple projects across the business. You will drive digital processes from tender through handover, collaborating with operational, design and commercial teams to enhance delivery and innovation.

The role requires strong BIM knowledge, ISO 19650 experience, and ability to manage several projects concurrently.

Qualifications

• Minimum HND in a relevant subject.
• Proven experience managing projects in a Design, Digital or BIM related role.
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 19650 information management standards.
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects while maintaining a deadline focus.
• Experience using digital coordination and model review software.
• Experience with platforms such as Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC Build), Solibri, CostX, Synchro, Twinmotion or Lumion would be advantageous.

A long-established national building contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering complex, high-quality projects across a diverse range of construction sectors is looking to appoint an experienced Digital Construction Manager to join its team.

Digital delivery sits at the heart of its approach, and you'll play a key role in driving BIM and information management standards across both pre-construction and live projects, helping project teams embrace new technologies and improve project outcomes.

The Role

Working across multiple projects, you will lead the implementation of digital construction processes from tender stage through to project handover. You'll work closely with operational, design and commercial teams to improve collaboration, streamline project delivery and promote digital innovation across the business.

About You
