Job summary

Rolls-Royce SMR Limited is seeking a Common Data Environment (CDE) Coordinator to administer and support our Bentley ProjectWise platform, ensuring project information is structured, accurate and ISO 19650 compliant. You will work across engineering teams in a hybrid arrangement based in Derby, Manchester or Warrington.

You will train users, manage permissions, and produce routine data quality reports and forecasts for stakeholders, helping maintain traceability and data integrity across the SMR

Qualifications

• Experience working with a Common Data Environment (CDE), ideally ProjectWise or similar.
• Understanding of ISO 19650 principles and BIM information workflows.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation and communication skills.
• Experience supporting multidisciplinary teams and managing data quality.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support the Bentley ProjectWise CDE platform.
• Act as the gatekeeper for ISO 19650 compliance, version control and naming standards.
• Train, support and guide users to ensure consistent CDE usage.
• Control permissions, information flow and reporting to maintain data integrity.
• Develop and run routine data activity reports and metrics for stakeholders.
