HI Group in Nottingham is seeking an experienced Bid Writer who blends creative storytelling with technical accuracy to secure low carbon transition projects. The role offers hybrid working from our Nottingham office.

You will manage submissions, develop compelling proposals, coordinate bid teams, ensure high-quality content and client engagement, and contribute to the Bid Improvement Plan using MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.

Formación

• First-class bid writing skills blending narrative with technical accuracy.
• Experience in energy/construction/maintenance/building is preferable.
• Ability to manage multiple bids in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with electronic tender platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative Suite is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Manage submissions, PQQs and tenders.
• Develop benefits-based proposals articulating customer value.
• Oversee bid process as project manager, coordinating sector teams.
• Manage bid content quality and client engagement.
• Create and edit high-quality PQQ and bid documents.
• Contribute to Bid Improvement Plan development.
