DHEG, part of the Dains Group, is hiring a Junior Bid Writer to join our creative team in Burton on Trent. The role offers hybrid working and a path to develop your career in bid writing within a supportive, client-focused culture.

You’ll work with colleagues across the business to craft proposals, gather information, and ensure submissions meet client requirements, while developing high-quality content and documenting bid processes.

Qualifications

• Strong written communication skills.
• GCSE: minimum Grade 6 in Maths and English.
• 120 UCAS points or equivalent (Excluding General Studies).
• 2:1 honours degree or predicted.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation of compelling, high-quality proposals and tender submissions.
• Gather information, write and edit content for bids.
• Ensure submissions meet client requirements and maintain bid documentation.
