Job summary

Red Rock Consultants Ltd is seeking an experienced Bid Writer in Wombourne to lead tender submissions and drive growth. You will develop and coordinate PQQs, SQs, RFIs and full tenders while collaborating closely with internal teams to gather required technical information.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in bid writing within construction, with experience in PQQs and full tender submissions. Hybrid role offers office presence 2–3 days per week and room to influence future opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in bid writing or tender management within the construction industry.
• Experience writing both PQQs and full tender submissions.
• Background in M&E building services preferred but other construction sectors considered.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the tender process and produce accurate, persuasive submissions.
• Write, develop and coordinate PQQs, SQs, RFIs and full tender submissions.
• Manage multiple bids and meet all deadlines.
• Work with internal stakeholders to gather technical information and understand project requirements.
• Maintain tender libraries, templates and standard responses.
• Identify contract opportunities via portals and Contracts Advance software.
• Keep tender portals and logs up to date.
• Analyse feedback from submissions to improve future bid performance.
• Support presentations and assist Business Development Manager.
