Job summary

The Mount Charles Group is seeking an ambitious Bid Manager to support its growing operations in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. You will work from our Belfast office two to three days per week with additional flexibility to work from home.

You will manage the end-to-end bid lifecycle, coordinate virtual bid teams, contribute to proposal writing, and ensure deadlines are met while engaging with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2 years+ bid management experience, preferably within the Public Sector.
• Proven track record in winning complex, high value bids.
• Excellent written communication and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in both office-based and virtual environments.
• Ability to work with CEO/Director level clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end bid process.
• Coordinate virtual bid teams and inputs from sales, marketing, operations, finance and delivery.
• Contribute to the written proposal and executive summary.
• Ensure timelines and governance are met.
• Plan client presentations required as part of bid submission.
