Job summary

Civic Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled Business Intelligence & Data Analytics Officer to join the Royal Borough of Greenwich on a 6-month contract. The role focuses on turning parking service data into actionable insights, dashboards, and performance reports to support decision-making.

You will work with operational teams and senior stakeholders, handle data quality, KPI tracking, budget monitoring, and contract performance, with hybrid working and bi-weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Experience in a BI/Analytics or Insight role.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Familiar with databases, management systems and reporting tools.
• Experience using Power BI or similar visualisation tools.

Responsibilities

• Gather, clean, analyse, and interpret data related to Parking enforcement, traffic patterns, and service performance.
• Detect trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities.
• Generate reports, dashboards, and data visualisations.
• Convert complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Present findings to managers and stakeholders.
