Triumph Consultants Ltd is seeking a Data Analytics Officer to join the team in Woolwich for a 6-month contract. You will play a key role in optimizing data-driven decision making for parking management and enforcement services.

• Experience designing, building, and maintaining operational dashboards (e.g., Power BI).
• Experience writing SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyse data.
• Experience producing analytical reports, trend analysis, and performance dashboards for service improvement.
• Ensure data accuracy, validation checks, and data quality across multiple systems.
• Experience creating and managing SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and content for operational teams.
• Strong Microsoft 365 proficiency with Teams, Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of parking systems, PCN lifecycle, back-office workflows, data flows, and reporting requirements.
• Experience supporting system upgrades, migrations, or new implementations including data extraction and user acceptance testing.
• Systems integration awareness with APIs and data sources; ensuring data consistency across platforms.
• Ability to identify issues and resolve data discrepancies.

Responsabilidades

• Play a crucial role in optimising the efficiency, effectiveness, and financial management of our parking management and decriminalised enforcement services.
• Support the Parking Service with data led intelligence to improve the quality of life for local residents.
• Lead on contract management and monitor KPIs associated with contractual obligations and supplier performance.
• Support the daily operation, routines management and system interrogation of systems associated with all our IT systems.
